 SDL Atlas has strengthened its operations in China by entering into a joint venture with Intertek to incoporate their Safq and equipment services divisions into SDL Atlas. This brings the benefits of offices and service centers in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing, while still preserving links with former SDL China partners China Textile Information Center (CTIC), which is opening satellite laboratories in other provinces as well as their main laboratory in Beijing.
