SDL Atlas is a new organisation, but it is comprised of companies with a long history of service to the textile industry. SDL Atlas reflects the unification of Chicago-based Atlas Textile Test Products with SDL, a respected manufacturer and distributor of testing instruments. SDL Atlas also includes test equipment developer and marketer, Raitech, and Textile Innovators, a leading source of standardized consumable test materials. We have since added SDL Atlas China to our group, incorporating the former Safq and equipment divisions of Intertek on a partnership basis. By combining the strength and knowledge of these companies, SDL Atlas is clearly the largest, most complete global source of textile testing, quality control and laboratory equipment.
